  ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.  YOU MAY REQUEST TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT TO A DIFFERENT DATE 12 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

NO SHOWS WILL BE DENIED TO BOOK FURTHER APPOINTMENTS!

15 minute grace period is allowed.  Appointment will be canceled and marked as a no show after grace period has expired.
